For the third year in a row, silverorange is organizing a
frisbee golf tournament for charity in aid of
Habitat for Humanity. The past two tournaments have gone really well and we
raised a lot of money so we figured we’d give it
another go this year.
Don’t worry if you don’t know much about frisbee
golf (also called ‘disc golf’). It’s
really simple to play and we’ll give some instructions
before the tournament begins. If you can throw a frisbee,
even a little bit, you can play. The tournament has a
competitive aspect (we give out prizes for the best
finishers), but everyone is really out there for the fun of
it. Every year we have a number of competitors who are
playing for the first time, so don’t worry if
you’ve never played before.
You can either register a whole team (6 people), a few
people, or just yourself and we’ll put you on a team.
To get in on the action, please register over on the
tournament website where there is lots more information
about the event. Also, feel free to contact us if you have
any questions. We look forward to seeing you at the
tournament!
